Lisa Kröss
Responsible for communication at the Oberalp Group
Meet Lisa, former Executive Assistant to the CEO and responsible for communication at the Oberalp Group.
Lisa knows exactly what she wants and names it clearly: walks are not for her - on the contrary! She always chooses the challenging option on the mountain and in life. Structured, disciplined, agile and efficient, she organized the CEO's daily routine and was responsible for the Oberalp Group's communications until she went on maternity leave in 2021.
Lisa is a neat freak. She loves tidying up, sorting, and clearing out. Everything has to fit perfectly, Lisa insists - on her desk and when organizing appointments. Lisa acts decisively and sets clear boundaries, but at the same time, she is empathetic and attentive. She makes sure that employees feel comfortable and is highly regarded for her helpfulness.
Her pragmatic outlook always gets her ahead. "No matter what happens, you can't change the circumstances, only our perspective and behavior," Lisa says. So in difficult situations, she pauses for a moment, reflects, and then acts.

"Where there's a will, there's a way," the power woman is deeply convinced and proves it every day. With every word and step, you see her drive as well as her joie de vivre and recognize how job and life merge. "I work in this company because I can be very close to my passion, the mountains," Lisa tells us. The connection with nature is essential for the passionate mountaineer. "Reaching a summit is an indescribable feeling because all goals spur me on!" Thus, sports have great importance in her life. She regularly exhausts herself in the Crossfit group and in circuit training.
Lisa feels at home in the family business. "We know that it takes everyone to be successful. That's why everyone is valued and respected in the same way at our company," Lisa tells us - not because it's her job, but because that's how she experiences it.
In her free time, the dynamic woman likes to enjoy the peacefulness of nature and sometimes uses this time to question her high goals and ambitious rhythm: "Does it always have to be the maximum for me? Isn't the suboptimal solution sometimes also sufficient?" Most of the time, however, her thoughts fly away in the blink of an eye, grins the contented malcontent.
